We use SSL Credit Card security (secure socket layers) which has become the industry standard way of encrypting sensitive information and provides for the well know to be displayed in the status bar at the bottom of your browser when it is in use and for the address bar to start with 'https' rather then the usual 'http'.

How Will This Affect Your Shopping Experience?

On entering the Checkout process, we will ask you for your name, address and shipping details as normal. Only from when you come to the screen that asks you how you wish to pay for your order can things be different.

If you select 'Send Credit Card Details Seperately' your order will complete without asking for card details and we will either await information or contact you to obtain this information.

If you select 'Credit Card' then this is where the shopping process alters. The following will happen:

We are using the services of a company who are certificated by Thawte (the company that issues SSL ceritificates).

1. You will be transferred to 'secure-online-payment' where your credit card information can be collected by us in a secure environment.
2. When you are on the screen that will take your Credit Information you will see the in the status bar and 'https' in the address bar at all times.
3. Once you have submitted your Credit Card details you will be transferred back our site where your receipt will be displayed to confirm that your order has been completed.
