All Winex products are covered by our warranty policy:

Rackets - All rackets are issued with a warranty card issued by World Winex Co., Ltd., which bears the serial number corresponding to that of the Winex racket purchased. This guarantees you that the racket you purchased is genuine therefore is manufactured under the strictest quality control.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Winex badminton reacket and will be valid for six months from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid only if:

The racket is purchased from an authorised dealer of Winex Badminton rackets in the same country as where it was purchased.

The warranty bears the stamp and endorsement of the authorised dealer.

The request for free repair or replacement is made within the warranty period and upon the production of the warranty card and proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, wear and tear or exposure to extreme heat, cold or dampness.

Damage caused by improper stringing, or by stringing the racket beyond the maximum reccomeded tension.

Any damage, if the racket has been repaired, aligned, altered or tampered with by any unauthorised person, or id the serial number has been removed from the racket card.
